This is a personal favorite of ours. Get all the goodness of harvest vegetables alongside some delicious zesty dressing. Brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and mushrooms make this meal not only jam-packed with nutrients, but also gives all the flavors of fall in one delicious dish!
