Fall is the season for scarves, apple-picking, and pumpkin carving. It’s also a time for some delicious food and drinks! We’ve compiled a list of some of our favorite fall foods that are actually great for your oral health! You will FALL in love with these recipes!

 

Spiced Pumpkin, Lentil, & Goat Cheese Salad

Pumpkin spice and everything nice make this salad a great starter for your autumn dinner. Quick to make and extremely flavorful, you’ll be reaching for seconds. Combine lentils, pumpkin or butternut squash (whichever you prefer) and goat cheese with arugula and a just a few special ingredients and you’re all done! Roasted Fall Vegetables & Green Tahini

This is a personal favorite of ours. Get all the goodness of harvest vegetables alongside some delicious zesty dressing. Brussel sprouts, butternut squash, and mushrooms make this meal not only jam-packed with nutrients, but also gives all the flavors of fall in one delicious dish!
