Pure Dental Spa Health & Safety Measures Related to COVID-19

Our number one priority is to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy while resuming treatments at Pure Dental Spa. Below are several frequently asked questions regarding our safety protocols during this time.

Q: Is it safe to come into the office?
A: Absolutely, the safety of our staff and patients is very important and we want you to know that you are very safe coming into the office. We go above and beyond to ensure that all sanitization processes are enforced with every patient. Please know that our team would never put you in danger and we feel confident opening our doors because we are taking sanitization processes very seriously.

Q: What precautions are you taking to stay safe?
A: We are pre-screening every patient prior to their scheduled appointment to ensure there is no risk of infection. When patients arrive at either one of our locations, the first thing that we do is take their temperature to ensure they are not putting our team and our community at risk. Patients are also required to wash their hands and gargle with a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash before they are officially seen by our team. Before patients come in for any reservation, we verify that they are asymptomatic, have not travelled within 14 days, and have not been in contact with any one with symptoms (coughing, shortness of breath, fever). Following each reservation, our team sanitizes each surface that was exposed to eliminate the risk of infection and to prepare for the next patient. Each room is also equipped with air purifiers to kill germs around the clock.

Q: Are you seeing patients for non-emergency procedures?
A: Absolutely. Starting May 26th, we are seeing all patients for routine care. The American Dental Association recommends that patients visit the dentist at least twice a year for routine checkups. Consider the last time you were in our office or at the dentist and schedule your reservation accordingly. We are looking forward to seeing you in our office once again!

Q: Can I be seen if I have been sick with a fever of 100+F?
A: At this time, if any patients that have symptoms of fever or sickness, we are scheduling out 14 days after they are symptom free. This ensures that we are safely treating any patient who walks through our doors and that our team continues to stay safe and healthy during this time.

Q: Are payment plans available?
A: Yes, absolutely. We understand these are challenging times for individuals and families alike. We are more than happy to review payment plans based on the treatment needed. Nothing should stand in the way of you and quality dental care! If you want to learn more about the payment plans that we have available, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Q: Am I able to speak to a doctor prior to making an appointment?
A: Of course! Just like many other businesses, we have adapted so that you are able to access our team via video so you don’t have to leave the comfort or safety or your home. This is especially ideal if you have a small question that you want to be answered prior to making a reservation. We would be happy to get a phone call/virtual exam set up for you with your doctor. Do you prefer morning or afternoon?
